2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the highest level of accuracy, clients must provide comprehensive and truthful information regarding their requirements. Thames Draftworks relies on the data provided and cannot be held liable for omissions or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete client briefs.

3. Fees and Payment

All services are billed based on the scale and complexity of the project as outlined in the initial quote. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance. We reserve the right to withhold document delivery until initial deposits or milestone payments are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of fees, the copyright of the specific customized documents produced for the client is transferred to the client. However, Thames Draftworks retains all rights to its proprietary templates, standard clauses, and internal methodologies used during the drafting process.

5. Confidentiality

We implement strict security measures to protect your commercial data. Thames Draftworks treats all client disclosures as strictly confidential and will not share sensitive information with third parties without express written consent, except where required by UK law.
